Ryan L. Pitts, CFP®

Ryan is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University where he focused on Personal Financial Services and Business Management. Ryan began his financial planning practice in 2008, and currently holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation where he is held to the highest ethical and fiduciary standards in the financial industry. The Rules of Conduct require CFP® professionals to put their clients interests ahead of their own at all times and to provide financial planning services as a “fiduciary”—acting in the best interest of their clients

Ryan is an active member of the Financial Planning Association, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves on the board of COVE Federal Credit Union.

Ryan is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky and currently resides in the city of Ft. Wright with his wife Courtney. In their free time they enjoy spending long weekends boating and camping with their friends and family at Next Level at Norris Lake RV Resort, a campground they co-founded in Tennessee.

Erik S. Hoffman

Erik is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University where he focused on Personal Financial Services. Upon graduation, Erik began is career in financial services in 2007 working in both the Insurance and Brokerage fields, and eventually becoming an Independent Investment Advisor Representative.

Erik is a lifelong Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati resident and third generation of his family to serve in the industry.

Erik’s primary role involves developing, implementing, and reviewing clients’ financial plans and investment strategies.

In his spare time Erik enjoys studying History, Economics, Politics, Phycology and social activities with friends and family.

Stephanie Harper

Stephanie is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University where she majored in Finance. After graduating, she joined Retirement Security Group and has been with Ryan and Erik since March of 2019. Stephanie assists with client services and managing the day-to-day operations of the business. She and her husband currently reside in Southgate, KY and have recently welcomed their first baby girl, Amelia Rose.
